All sessions will be delivered online via video link. For safety reasons it is important that you ensure you are in a safe and confidential space and that your camera is switched on.

*These presentations must be mild-moderate with no immediate risk to yours or someone's else's safety
Immediate concerns for safety
If you feel you, or someone you know, is at immediate risk of harm you must ensure you seek urgent help via your local GP, Crisis Team, NHS 111 or A&E department.
