I am an experienced and compassionate practitioner with over 18 years' experience supporting children, young people and families with emotional and mental health difficulties, including those who are neuro-divergent. I have extensive experience working with autism, ADHD and related differences.

I am an active member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and working towards full BABCP registration following successful completion of the BPS approved Level 3 training - Master Practitioner Diploma in CBT. I am listed on the SDS Register of CBT Practitioners.
I follow the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
